Connex Ontario is a portal for Ontarians to access information about addiction and mental health services with treatment options

Toronto Distress Centre

Crisis and Distress

Counsellors available by phone or text in case you feel you are in distress/crisis. Call 416-408-4357 or text 45645

Gerstein Centre

Crisis and Distress

Organization for those in mental health crisis run by peers/ survivors/ those
in recovery. Can be good alternative to phoning 911 or EMS in crisis situation, they maybe able to send out their own response team.

Food Security and Support
